Description:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing various financial activities to support strategic planning and resource allocation. Key responsibilities include budget development, variance analysis, financial forecasting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide insightful financial analysis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, preferably in a related industry.
Responsibilities:
• Lead budget development and variance analysis for designated departments.
• Develop financial forecasts and models to support strategic planning.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and provide insights to support organizational growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial reports and analysis.
• Monitor and analyze key financial metrics to ensure adherence to budgets and goals.
• Evaluate financial plans and assess return on investment.
• Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI for financial reporting and analysis.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Assist in preparing presentations and financial summaries for senior management.
• Undertake other duties and special projects as assigned.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or accounting required; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A roles required, preferably in healthcare.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business intelligence software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
